Q. What is your refund policy?

A. NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email. If it is an error on MakeMeOva Fashion Styles end …we will be sure to correct it!

Q. I dont have paypal, how can I order?

A. Yes, click the link as if you would pay with PAYPAL. The next option allows you to use your debit or credit card.

Q. I received my order and my box was damaged what do I do?

A. All priority packages come with insurance. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office man handling our packages. We put fragile stickers and try our best to protect our products with bubble wrap.

Q. My order says it’s being returned back to you..what does that mean/what do I do?

A. If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package !!!

Q. Do you offer samples?

A. No. If you want you test out our yoni soap at regular price and then after you receive them, do your wholesale order, you are welcome to purchase one at regular price. After you receive it, you can purchase wholesale if you are satisfied!

Q. When do you ship yoni bars and yoni pops?
A. EVERY WEEK, if possible.

Q. When do you restock products?

A. It Depends on the item, all updates are posted on my business instagram, @makemeovastyles

Q. What days do you ship out orders?
A. Everyday! In some cases twice a day .. DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF ORDERS! JUST BECAUSE I SHIP THESE DAYS, DOES NOT GUARANTEE, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP THAT DAY!!!!!

Q. Who do you ship with?

A. The Post Office, USPS

Q. Why can shipping be so high?

A. I don’t create the shipping rates, the usps does based on the weight. This also insures that your packages are insured

Q. How long is shipping?

A. If it is a first class package, 2-3 days. If it is a priority package, 2 days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME!! ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OUT ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS! It also depends on the Post Office. Due to COVID19, Items and tracking information are taking longer than usual!!! Be patient.

A. Yes I ship everywhere!

Q. Do you do meet ups/ pickups?

A. NO, Everything is done online! If you live in the local area your shipping should only take 1 day if it is priority. You are welcome to purchase online and pick-up from my shop if you wish, please indicate in memo, this does not give you any discount. It’s just an option. WE are an online store!
