We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit only.
To be eligible for a REFUND:
**ITEM(S) MUST BE returned at buyer's expense.
Refunds and Exchanges - To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving the product to alert us of any damage. Upon receipt of damaged item we will ship out a replacemnt item or issue a refund at our discretion, if item is available. If replacement is not avaiable we will offer a refund or store credit.
IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
For damaged packages please keep all packaging and take pictures for insurance claim with the carrier. All claims can be filed directly on their website and by calling the USPS at 1-800-332-0317 to receive a form to file by mail. Your packages are insured with up to $50.
